My assignment was to interview someone in Law Enforcement, which gave me the honor to interview Judge Luis D. Sepulveda. He is the Justice of the Peace for Precinct 5 Place 1 in Dallas County. He is from a small community in Dallas County named Arcadia Park, which suffered a lot of adversity. That is where his determination and desire to become a Judge began.
